Transfection of 2. siRNA in vitro - INTERFERin™
INTERFERin™ siRNA transfection reagent achieves over 90 % silencing efficiency at 1 nM siRNA in a wide variety of adherent and primary cells with excellent cell viability. Using low siRNA concentrations avoids unwanted toxic and off-target (non-specific) effects observed when transfecting siRNA at higher concentrations, resulting in more robust data.

Transfection of 3. DNA for HTS application - jetPEI™
jetPEI™ transfection reagent is particularly well suited for automated or manual HTS (High Throughput Screening) as transfection with jetPEI™ is exceptionally efficient and reproducible. A distinctive linear polyethylenimine (PEI) derivative, jetPEI™ gently facilitates intracellular DNA delivery for high performance.
Three HTS protocols are available depending on the experiment: forward, batch or reverse.

Transfection of 4. siRNA for HTS application - INTERFERin™-HTS
NEW! INTERFERin™-HTS is a new generation siRNA transfection reagent especially developed for high throughput screening (HTS) applications providing great silencing efficiency, excellent reproducibility and high cell viability with very low amounts of reagent.
INTERFERin™-HTS is cost-effective, easy to handle, compatible with serum and antibiotics, and comes with reverse and forward protocols for 96- and 384-well plates.
Figure 4. siRNA transfection with INTERFERin™-HTS gives higher silencing efficiency than competitor reagents. HeLa cells were transfected in 96-well plates with 10 nM siRNA duplexes targeting lamin A/C following a reverse transfection protocol according to the manufacturer‘s recommendations. Lamin A/C expression was measured 24 hours after transfection by branched DNA assay and normalized to GAPDH expression.

Transfection of 5. Nucleic acid in vivo - in vivo-jetPEI™
Non-viral gene delivery to animals is easy with in vivo-jetPEI™ transfection reagent. Simply mix your DNA (or siRNA) with this reagent and administer to animals for gene expression in multiple tissues.
With in vivo-jetPEI™, you can also deliver genes by different modes into different species based on your needs (even humans in GMP conditions). You'll avoid experimental and regulatory hassles by choosing in vivo-jetPEI™ in place of virus for gene delivery.
This reagent can be made under GMP conditions and customized to target specific cells.

Transfection of 6. DNA for Protein and virus production in synthetic media - Fecturin™
Fecturin™ is the ideal reagent for the production of protein in serum free media. It is formulated to work in a variety of media and cell lines including HEK 293, EBNA and CHO cells giving you the flexibility to produce proteins in your desired host system.
