Custom single-stranded or duplex DNA oligos for PCR, sequencing, mutagenesis, and NGS applications. IDT’s core oligo service includes ESI-MS quality control and multiple synthesis scale options, from 25 nmol for routine primers up to 10 µmol for high-demand workflows.

2. Custom RNA Oligos

Custom single-stranded and duplex RNA oligos for CRISPR guide RNA workflows, RNAi, aptamers, template switching, and RNA structural studies. Ultramer RNA Oligos extend synthesis to 120 bases for demanding applications.
